As integrative mental health providers, we utilize a cognitive "top down" approach along with a somatic body-based "bottom up" approach to address the many different factors that impact human mental health and wellness.
By learning to regulate your nervous system during times of stress, challenging old thinking patterns, and by integrating holistic mind-body methods into the overall treatment plan, we implement a more comprehensive approach to healing which, in the end, is more effective in creating meaningful and lasting change.
