Parents can benefit from consultation when they're facing any stressful event that strains relationships and increases family conflict and disconnection. In parent consultation sessions we help individuals to improve communication, promote understanding and collaboration, and increase connection and cooperation. We offer support to families to help stop fighting and to have fun together again!

Parent consultation sessions are typically offered as supplemental to the work that we do with children and adolescents. This family work in addition to individual counseling for kids and teens really helps parents to better understand their children, kids to be able to hear and understand their parents, improves communication techniques, interpersonal interactions, emotion regulation skills, and increases connection among family members.
